Caught a Sound Trippin’ episode today after quite some time, episode 7 of the show set in the lovely floating island in Assam, Majuli. Essentially led by the boatman singer, the song carries about it a ferryman song feel. And hence has a very earthy charm about it. And Sneha plays down the techno elements to keep the arrangement closest to nature, even including sounds like cricket chirps – and a winning combo results. On repeated listens this is fast turning into my fav song from the show owing to its simplicity that just grows on you. And the place looks beautiful, as expected. Below are the videos. Enjoy!
